After 3 full days of troubleshooting countless locations & trying to run ahead of Hunters to fix landmarks, we are proud to announce that we feel we’re in good enough shape to officially ‘unpause’ the Hunt! Woot woot! 7000 Page hits in just 3 days and over 600 eager Hunters joining the group, all we have to say is tell your friends, this one is definitely worth all the goodies. Special thanks to Kylya Kohime (KK’s Designs), Pamber Lorefield (Hunter) & Dudda Susa (Hunter) for reporting back broken locations and assisting with hints. Thanks guys!!
The reason we had such problems was we have a huge score of international designers involved, and not everyone logs in as frequently as some of us SL addicts. Also there was no official ‘dry run’ of the hunt, so next time we’ll know what to do. Look for blog post on some interesting hunt locations not to miss tomorrow, and also some special styling tips from Ivy Maverick’s team using only items in the hunt to create a complete look. The Hunt will also be featured in the October Issue of AFFINITY Magazine thanks to Tataslicious Jewell!
Additionally you might want to keep your eyes peeled for group posts regarding spontaneous parties at participating locations like Candeebee Bade threw at P!NK !NC last night. Stay tuned!
We have to pause the Hunt to fix a few locations that people are getting stuck on. Being the first day, with 125 locations, it’s no easy task. Designers from all parts of the globe are participating in this, different time zones, and other RL responsibilities which cannot be avoided. We have worked over six weeks to organize this and still ironing out the kinks. Remember this is for your fun and enjoyment and to help promote the designers and their hard work. Your patience is highly appreciated, thank you for understanding. The Hunt should be back on in a day or two!

Welcome all to the Total Fusion Mix&Mingle Hunt 2009 spanning 125 locations across the Second Life grid with many amazing designers participating. Officially the hunt begins September 28th at 3PM SL time, and hints will be posted here in a day or two after it begins. We want to give people a chance to try and find things on their own at first.
Some locations may not be available right away as we are still in the process of making sure that everything is set up correctly. Your patience is appreciated and we are working as fast as we can. A hunt of this magnitude certainly is not easy to organize, your patience is appreciated.)
The starting location of the hunt can be found inside of any hunt kiosk, simply touch it to receive contents. Keep that folder handy as there will be a party on November 1st with over $73,000L in Cash and Prizes from sponsors.The information group to join regarding the hunt is “Total Fusion VIP List” it is open enrollment, can be found via search, and also if you touch kiosks, they will give you a link to the group.
A few things to keep in mind…
1. If a location is not available, do not IM the store owner, kindly let us know in the hunt group. We will do our best to fix it, but these things do take time.
2. If you happen to see a store owner, please be sure to be nice and thank them for participating, it’s always polite to show your appreciation, especially when you get something free out of it! Some designers have created custom items specifically for this hunt.
3. Absolutely zero tolerance will be accepted on rudeness or compilation of ‘master lists’ ….don’t kill the fun of the hunt for everyone. Enjoy it, it’s here all month long. Group chat is ok, but chat spam is not, expect to be blacklisted/banned from hunt locations & group if you spam or do anything immature.
4. Have FUN! We’re doing this for fun, and you should too! Remember, the point is to meet people and discover wonderful new stores. Enjoy it.
